Cops refuse to write tickets in Mobile county and Mobile City. I called 911 and was told that parking lots are private property and they do not write tickets over parking spaces. I had to wait 2 hours for the man blocking my loading of my handicapped spot ( he was so close my mom who was driving could not even get to her door to get in. the way the car is neither of us are health enough physically to climb through the car to move the car (**REASON WE ARE IN A HANDICAPPED SPOT) Cops and sheriff department refused to do anything
I hate it when people do that. I have had to block driveways in parking lots to get my son in or out of his wheelchair because of it. Then other drivers are annoed at me.

Next time remind the police that it’s federal law and they do have the authority to write a ticket (class C misdemeanor) and any private citizen can sing the citation.
