Saw person park and get out of large suv (eacalade) ,grab baby seat and walk briskly to business....must have forgotten something and came back out and back in. ..waited till she came out and as she was easily placing baby seat back in car I approached her and ask if she really needed the spot. ..very aggressively she said she had a handicap tag (which I could see) and said she had screws in her back. She showed no indication that she was struggling nor that she needed a handicap spot. She was also in the large wheelchair spots in her Cadillac eacalade. I have a friend in a wheelchair that has struggled because people take these spots and leave no choice for him. It didn't appear that this young female needed the close spot. Please look into this. I believe it was Clayton county plates at Walmart in Manchester. Thanks no picture, didn't have phone
