I've observed several times that this vehicle was parked illegally, sometimes in a marked handicapped spot, sometimes simply making his own unlined/unmarked non-handicapped spot parking stall, off the street yes, but within the Hicksville, (NY) Public Library lot just North of the building. I found out today that the driver is the hourly 'rent-a-cop'/part-time security man, who when I finally had opportunity to confront him he said, "... that he was police and since he was the law he could park anywhere he wanted since he had to go to work" I told him I strongly disagreed, to which he replied, "...that's what makes America Great!" At that point, I realized I was wasting my time and walked away. {Dark Red Ford SUV}
