I pulled into the Walmart parking lot with my 9 year old daughter, needing to get a few things that we needed, and pulled up to the Handi-cap parking section near the pharmacy. As I pulled up the the end of the row and went to go around and get in the last available handicap spot, a sliver van came flying by us and whipped into the parking spot. The sole occupant of the van was a young male, with either bleached out hair or possibly an albino condition. I believe his hair was intentionally bleached out. He was completely perfectly able, when he jumped out of the vehicle, he was muscled up and wearing tight jeans and a t-shirt. I have a permanent orthopedic dispability, and additionally I have two bulged discs in my back that prevent me from walking long distances, and I had my 9-year old daughter with me, who has a broken leg, broken in the growth plate, which is an extremely painful break that swells up if she walks any real distance on the crutches. I stopped the young man and asked him if he was disabled? And his answer was "There is a thing on the tag." I said, "That is not the question, Are YOU disabled? You are the only person in the van, and you are not disabled. You just stole the parking place we were about to pull in right out from under us. My daughter has a broken leg and can't walk." His response? "Look I am in a hurry, and I need to get in quick" he said as he strutted up to the Red Box machine. He literally fast walked there an in the store. I suspect the handicapped tag TAE942 with a September sticker, is not his. This probably belongs to an older family member. There were two other witnesses that saw his actions and this exchange. This abuse needs to be stopped. I am awaiting surgery and I cannot not walk very far at all, and the more Emily walks the more her leg swells up and the more pain she is in. Please find a prosecute him. He was about 6 ft tall, or a little shorter, looked to be a white skinned male, but his hair looked either curly or possibly kinky bleached out white, with well developed muscles in both his arms and legs, with no impediment at all what so ever. He can be seen on the Walmart parking lot and in store cameras. he was wearing sneakers. He was alone in the vehicle and did not have a disability. He was apparently using a van with someone else's tag on it.
