This is an employee of the VA Hospital. She parks with a handicap tag everyday, and yet she wears very high heels everyday, and on all three of her daily breaks, she puts on tennis shoes and goes speed walking for exercise along with some of her co-worker friends. She is absolutely NOT handicapped. I see her at work every single day abusing the system, meanwhile there are disabled veterans with no place to park so that they can get to their doctor's appointments.
