this guy drives two cars he goes out of town every week and leaves the car parked in the only hanicapped parking space we have i myself is handicap due to a stroke I have reported him several times to the office mgr and she says there is nothing she can do since the apt does not have assigned parking spaces but this guy lives on the second floor walks better than i do I asked him was he handicaped he laugh at me ran up the stairs and said i got a sticker don't I
