A Homeowners association Meeting held by DeCamara Management, tenant of Suite A. They are constantly telling people its okay to park in handicapped spot when its their own clients. Normally happens first Friday of every month. Gladys at DeCamara actually sanctioned him parking there without a handicapped sticker even when my client who was handicapped came in and had no where to park.
