I just parked at the Walmart lot and I was walking away looking back to lock my car with the alarm remote, a black man revs his car right behind me real fast and his gf, I believe Hispanic looked at me like I did something wrong. Mind you, they didn't have their handicap placard up and came out with three children. They did not look disabled at all as I seen with my own eyes did not have any trouble getting in and out of the car. They are young and healthy and believe are abusing the handicap placard. I seen elderly lady next to them have a placard but I see that it fits for her for she has trouble going in and out. Please look into this because it was not very safe and very disrespectful to not wait patiently as I was trying to make sure my car was locked, thank you!
