Product Description

Lightweight, but strong, these aluminum clad STOP SLOW paddles have been the favorite of construction crews for over 20 years. STOP shows on one side and SLOW on the other.

  • Our most popular paddles are made from aluminum clad polyethylene, the same material that is used for many building exteriors. Your paddle will outlast abuse. These paddles are super strong – but lightweight. After having to raise and lower a paddle every few minutes, users know that every ounce counts. Competitor paddles are 18% heavier than our aluminum paddle.
  • Paddles are available in three sizes. Our 18” paddle is most popular for the handheld model. 12” paddles are lightweight, but not MUTCD compliant for use on most public roads. The 24” is favored when ordered with our pole.
  • Paddles feature an easy-grip handle. Competitors’ offer a too-thick handle that, over time, becomes difficult to grasp tightly.
  • Choose either a reflective paddle or a low-cost non-reflective version. Both non-reflective and reflective options meet the MUTCD standards for 18” or 24” paddles, but the reflective version is required if you are using a paddle at dawn, dusk, or at night. Our reflective Stop-Slow paddles are top sellers.

    This sign was a gift to our crossing guard at the school I work at. It was given to her from the 3, 4 year olds and staff. Mrs. Clair is like family to us and the kids love her.
