The university will reimburse students over $15,000, and waive ticket penalties.<\/p>\n<p>U of M spokesperson Edward F. Blaguszewski <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffpost.com\/entry\/more-than-100-umass-cars_n_1858722?utm_hp_ref=college\">said<\/a>,\u00a0\u201cWe took an action that we shouldn\u2019t have \u2013 towing that many cars,\u201d and promised clearer parking restrictions next year.<\/p>\n<p>Signage is increasingly becoming the go-to method for better parking.\u00a0 In Windsor, Colorado, \u00a0the City Council has been brainstorming ways to open up spots downtown and encourage off-street parking.
