The woman that has this spot does not drive or have a disability. She got this so that her son always has a parking spot and I think that is a horrible abuse for access to your own free convenience. If you send someone to check this you will see that I am correct. The only people that know this are people in his building that he rents too so of course they dont want to get evicted by saying something.
