The Tesla car cut off another car with handicap tag and blinker on waiting for a handicapped spot, parked in spot, driver jumped out and ran inside Costco. No handicap tags displayed on Tesla anywhere. My father who is 100% disabled veteran then had to wait and walk further because that was the closest handicap place. People taking handicap places who aren’t legally permitted to use them should be held accountable.
