Hi I want to report this lady parking illegal in a handicap spot using someone else plaque .she was ask if she was disabled since her windo ws are pitch black tinted she say her daughter is .. she lie her daughter is not disabled conform by her friend . That knows her. Her friend told her to move her car and take down that she can get reported and pay fines. She abusing the spots for the disabled. Plate is LMG 8654 Toyota Camary Silver I seen her in few places park Walmart .Laundrymat. Reading PA hope she get caught it not right she need to pay for her actions
