Owner of home at 2008 n 1st ave Whitehall,Pa ,,James Haddad ,applied and was granted a handicapped parking spot in front of his home a few months ago. He obtained this spot so that nobody can park in front of his home.He instead chooses to park at the rear of his property where he has to walk further to his home and up/down stairs. He also parks across the street in a business parking lot at night as well. He does not use the handicap spot he obtained and uses it to allow his friends and family park there when they come over and to control who parks in front of his home as he clearly doesn't use it and there is limited parking as well on this street as you can only park on one side. He is committing fraud, and I hope someone does something about this!
