This car was parked with no tag while I watched an elderly lady circle the parking lot (with a proper tag) trying to find a space. I asked the gentleman driving if he had a tag (he didn't) and he laughed at me. Needless to say, it was a frustrating situation and I'm hoping you all can at least get him fined for blatantly abusing the system.
