This woman park in this handicap parking spot all the time and she is NOT handicap. She does not have a handicap placard/tag. She is just plain lazy and disgusting and always parks in this handicap parking spot. I am in a wheelchair and need this handicap parking spot. I am sick and tired of her illegally parking in that spot when I truly need that spot.
