A woman pulled up and parked crooked in a handicapped spot. I was watching, which apparently got her angry and she asked me very rudely, "Do you know me?" To which I responded "No." So she said, "Well, you were staring at me." So I said, "Well, you parked crooked." Then she made some kind of remark as to what I was going to do about it, and walked quickly away to the Nail Salon kitty corner across the shopping center. She was a woman with dirty blonde dyed hair with dark streaks underneath, just past her shoulders. She was probably in her 40's. She was wearing a long sleeved white jacket/top, and long black pants with white stripes on the sides. She was driving a white Nissan Altima with a front plate that had a fleur-de-lis with a pelican inside of it, and under it said "cure the coast." She parked half in half out of the space. She did not look physically handicapped in any way. I would bet that the placard that was partially hidden is not hers and she got ugly with me because she knew she was wrong to park there. This is a very large shopping center parking lot and there were many other non handicapped places to park. It was a rainy day, and because she parked there, there were no other available handicapped places to park for someone who might actually be handicapped. She left over an hour later at 3:13pm.
