The owner of this Porsche convertible has no visible handicap and parks in this spot daily as it's right in front of his corner office. Even if he was disabled, he could park in any other spot in front of the building and it would be just as close a walk. He plays golf, so clearly he has no problem walking around. He never has anyone else in the car with him so it's not a case of his transporting another disabled person.
