Had neither license plate or hang tag. When alerted that they were parked in a handicap space, a $275usd citation, Female driver became loud shouting she forgot to put tag on mirror, and what business was it of mine?. "CALL THE POLICE!, I'LL SHOW THEM MY TAG WHEN THEY GET HERE!!" Police arrived, no tag, told to move car, NO TICKET ISSUED! "at officer's discretion"
