Young neighbors who have lived at this location for a while all of a sudden came up with a handicap sign for the lawn and sticker for their car when parking at the apartments became tight. They are very active, walking, skateboarding, playing games in the yard and show no signs of disability. I feel they "borrowed" it from a family member or friend because they don't want to carry their child from the second row, even though they have the apartment closets to the parking area. I understand people have hidden disabilities but I believe they are faking and I don't stand for it. Disabilities aren't a joke and something they can fake to get better parking.
