Placard was from Arizona, on CA car. Driver puled into Costa Mesa High School lot, blowing by parking staff, who were saving this lot for use by students and parents of a play that was opening that night. Driver excited vehicle after parking in handicapped spot, then walked across street to Trump rally, happening a 1/4 mile away in the opposite direction.
