My mother is disabled and is married but legally separated. Her spouse stole her secondary parking permit and uses it daily, even driving out of state on several occasions. I am uncertain of the license plate as he keeps the car in a garage mostly. The car is a purple Toyota Avalon. When she confronts him on returning it he gives excuses such as that the car is in the garage and he does not want to get it out.
