They stole some one else spot in front of someone else's house to get a handicap sign up and even know one man in the house is handicap a women who is not handicap is using the spot with his tags for his van in her car she did this just so no one else could park there but she's not handicap I think her farther is but he has his own van made wheelchair accessible but she's just parking her own SUV in the spot.
