Very able-bodied middle-aged SAUNTERED into douchy seafood restaurant with NO assistive device nor disability. Quite some distance to patio of restaurant but lot is FUBAR with painted spaces! No placard on dash, nor console. No disabled plate nor placard on mirror. (see picture)
