Member is using mother's handicap rights. This individual is no more handicap than I am. What a disgrace that a 28 year old female is abusing her handicap mother's tag to park when there are so many people that need it. This particular picture is taken at her apartment complex. I am a veteran and I am appalled that a Social Worker who has never served is abusing the system.
