A lady in heels got down from her white tahoe. She had a handicap sign, just was not able to get the number for that. It makes me sick to see people having handicap tags that do not need them. They should save the handicap tags and handicap spaces for people that actually need it. Her liscence plate number was ' the handicap logo and then 8DKZN'
