Bust the abusers!!!
I run a medical supply store in Los Angeles....we have one handicap spot for our elderly & handicapp customers. It blows my mind that 70% of the time a non handicapp person takes the spot away when there are other spots available! How down right narcissistic, uncaring & unconscionable!
