Silver Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with factory matching shell with tinted smoked windows. Parked in blue handicapped zone AND blocked street sweeper during NO PARKING hours (6-8AM DAILY for everyone). Male hispanic driver on cell phone was very belligerent when told he was NOT to park there (no placard and no handicap license plate) Said "So call 911!" I am reporting him here.
