This person refused to allow me to park in the handicapped space even after she admitted that she did NOT have a handicapped placard of any type, nor a disability. I showed her my disability placard by holding it up from inside my car, and asked her to please move...that it was illegal to park there. People that were there watching also asked her to move, and then she passive aggressively started to back up very quickly when I was attempting to take a picture of her vehicle in the space in order to report her. She then got out of her car, and started yelling and screaming at me! I asked her to please move away from my car, and that it was illegal to park there but that I could only report her...but please do NOT hit my car. She then started taking pics of me as if I did something wrong. I asked that she please get a clear picture of my legitimate disability placard. She did NOT want to take a picture of that. She then moved, I parked and a nice lady that was standing by stated that she saw the whole thing and offered her compassion. After chatting for about 10 minutes, the lady came back around and attempted to start an argument with me...trying to take pictures of the INSIDE of my car. She was EXTREMELY aggressive, and falsely accused me of blocking her in a space she didn't have a legal right to park in in the first place.
