No placard. When they guy saw me take the picture he said all you white people always against us. Said he was a disabled veteran yet was cussing at me and telling me I’ll get mine. I told him he’s parked illegally and he started cussing & threatening me. I just said thank you every time he called me names or threatened me. This happened during the 2:00 pm hour in front of Walmart.
