car parked horizontally and blocked me in parking space for an hour. was verbally agressive and kept following me around building until i had to call police. she was threatening to physically harm me and damage my vehicle. I think its fraud because she tried to physically fight me. she looks late 20's and she just parks at the building and leaves it over night for hours. she doesnt live at the building. my neighbor is actually disabled and needs the space. i dont understand why a disabled person would enter into a physical altercation over a parking space. also the license plate isn't a handicap plate.
