So this gentleman has been told multiple times over the last 10 months to stop parking here and stop blocking people in it came to a head last week There's multiple pictures and video and photos and police reports but it came to a head last week he parked halfway in the parking spot and halfway blocking the steps and I'm handicapped so not only could I not park there I couldn't take things upstairs because he blocked the stairwell I sat and waited two and a half hours for him to move he didn't move so I contacted the police but not openly privately the police went to his house and then after they left he came charging down to my apartment which is two doors down and called me an effing n***** and an effing B multiple times loudly there's only 52 Apartments here so the whole complex could hear it as a result of that I contacted the police to tell them what he did and the incident number is sapd 2022-1020764 there's a dash in between sapd and 2022 and a Dash between 2022 and 1 0 2 0 7 6 4 it was taken by an officer done badge number 0401 so I've noticed a trend that he does this starting on Thursday nights all the way until Monday because that's when nobody is here the apartment complex does not have security and the manager both leave on Thursday and they don't come back until the following Monday. There was a number given for a tow truck and when I called the towing company they said that the manager has to be the one to call them and there's not a phone number to reach management and not into instance so now it has escalated to the point where this man came charging at my door and he has dogs cursing at me I said nothing to him at all so I did call the apartment complex and let them know what happened and I didn't hear back from the complex so Thursday the 11th of August approximately 5:15 5:00 I went in and I spoke with assistant manager Isis and I told her I had a concern I didn't want to complain because it's month to month here and I didn't want to be the one to be told that I had to leave because I was complaining she brought to my attention that they have talked to him multiple times and they just haven't been able to catch him doing it I spoke to another manager Yolanda and told him told her rather that very day while he was parked there if she would tell him something so it's been abused multiple times and it's gotten so bad to wear I had covid and when I was parked there Vehicles will just double park behind me and they don't care if I have to leave or go pick up my dad or do anything cuz he's 82 years old and then my uncle had a heart attack three of my aunts died and three times they've blocked me in when I couldn't leave another time being last night which the police were called and they had their camcorders and video lapels on so that you can you can get that if need be and the incident number for that is sapd-2022-1053907 and I have pictures of that as well but I've been called a n***** I've been called the b word and I've been blocked in stopping me from being able to leave if I need to go to the doctor or take my dad in or take my uncle in my uncle had a massive heart attack my aunt died so there are major issues going on here so you can contact me at 210-723-5406 so I can discuss it further and this system doesn't let me upload all the files and video and also it is confirmed he does not have a handicap the managers both told me that he does not have a handicap
