This is The Chantico restaurant. Their parking lot uses valet parking that ALWAYS backs unhandicapped vehicles into the handicapped spaces so you can't see the license plate leaving handicapped patrons quite a walk to get into the restaurant because there is no parking nearby. The manager was informed of this but it continues to happen, so obviously they could care less. After this happening for a third time we gave up on this restaurant because it's just too hard on my wife.
