Lady got out of car she works at Walmart as a security officer. Ask her where her place card was. She told me it's on the windshield. She refused to show or place her place card in the rear view mirror. Lady asked if I was cop. I told her no I was not. She said she would go get a cop. She never returned. I called 311 non emergency number for a cop to investigate. The lady at 311 hung up on me.
