Second violator within the last hour (perhaps more offenders). These are simply the two I caught (one I reported earlier today with AZ plates when I dropped off my daughter with a disability), and now this TN driver when I went to pick up my daughter. Frequent offenders parking the designated disabled spot. (I also repprted a vehicle last Sat that has parked in the spot two Saturdays in a row.) For my previous reports, I simply stated The Waverly building and that it is the dedicated parking lot for businesses & apartments in this building.
