Yes the maintenance man here at our apts at the cliffs apartments in Dalton, ga his name is Larry Leroy he's been painting illegal handikap signs here for awhile now on parking spaces that arent approved and illegal this morning he painted one its just white there is no blue on it at the back of 826 shugart road at the dead end an to actually to help ladys who come knock an cuss you if you park in there space like they own the parking spaces when they are actually ppl who live further down who are disabled an have to carry grocerys an things further than them so he's actually helping them to bully others bout parking spaces an painted this fake an illegal handikap signs on the parking spaces an im sure there only allowed one at each parking area he now has out two right together an thinks he do what ever he wants here weather illegal or not.
