This dark gray Jeep doesn't have a placard at all. The license plate is a temporary plate. I made a call to the police department, but they have better things to be doing with their time and never showed up. I hate to even waste their time with answering a call on this "parking issue". This vehicle has been reported to the apartment management, but you can't get any help from them.
