Good quality, top heavy
Thick material, good quality. The slip that fits into the top of a cone is designed for a larger cone and not an 18” cone, so we had to cut it down to size. It was a bit top heavy for our 18” cone so we had to add weight to the inside of the cone to prevent it from falling over.
