Product Description

The City Post Glued Down model is an ultra-high performance channelizer post that adheres to concrete or asphalt roadways, and is suited for the most challenging installations, including HOT/HOV/managed lanes, toll plazas and other areas where high durability, minimal maintenance, and fast installation are a must.

Made from thermoplastic polyurethane for high impact resistance with a quick, sharp rebound.
One piece construction with a slim, sleek profile.
Crash friendly design continues to fully rebound after 100 hits at 70mph.
360° of visibility with factory applied reflective sheeting.
Exclusive "pinwheel" base installs easily with any two-part pavement road marker epoxy (sold separately).
No drilling or fasteners needed—reducing installation times.
Standard colors include: white, black and fluorescent orange channelizer with white reflective sheeting stripes, or yellow with yellow reflective sheeting stripes.

Constructed from UV-stabilized thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the tubular post measures 3 feet (36") in height and is 3.15" in diameter with 0.125" (3.2mm) thick walls.
Posts come in white, yellow, fluorescent orange, or black with two 3” ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) Type V abrasion resistant micro-prismatic AR 1000 reflective wraps. White, fluorescent orange, and black channelizers come with white reflective wraps and yellow channelizers have yellow reflective wraps.
Capable of sustaining a minimum of one hundred bumper and direct wheel-over impacts at 70 MPH (112 km/h) without damage to the post.
The post consist of unitary system comprised of a tubular marker, a top cap, and an integrated mounting base assembly.
The City Post assembly should be installed to the roadway using a DOT approved two-part raised pavement marker epoxy (such as FIRMmarker EAS-06 sold separately), following the manufacturer's recommended installation procedure.
