Great sign but terrible shipping handling.

The sign itself would be 5 stars but the UPS shipping package was ripped in two places and did damage the top and a little of the bottom of the sign, so I reduced the stars to 4. I did not send it back as it is difficult to see the top where I hung the sign. If customers complain frequently about the shipping handling, you might want to change carriers.
