I ordered 4 of these posts for handicap parking. The posts and footings were shipped separately. The shipper apparently lost the package of footings. The posts were delivered on Friday and today is Wednesday with no further tracking on the package. However, the tracking shows the package arrived at a facility near me with the posts. I contacted customer service on Monday and requested a reshipment as soon as possible since I need the post installed by Friday. I talked with Monica who reshipped my order on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. This company has excellent customer service. Thank you, Monica.
