A Heavy-duty, Affordable and Simple Solution to Multiplex Parking Problems
I purchased a series of the numbered, Reserved Parking, Unauthorized Vehicles Towed Away (with Graphic), signs as an affordable option to painting the asphalt at my small, recently purchased, multiplex. The asphalt is not in condition to retain paint long enough to justify the expense of adding painted stalls. Previous owners had never designated parking spots. Now, tenants have begun parking additional vehicles on the property and pulling in at every angle. I also purchased the No Guest Parking signs to hang in tandem with the numbered, reserved signs. I look forward to these signs solving the chaotic parking situation that is creating tension at my building when residents get blocked in. I did not opt to purchase the posts offered with the signs, as I will be installing them along a chain link fence to create specific, designated spots, numbered for each. The signs are well-constructed enough that they appear resistant to denting. It would take some impact in order to damage them. They’re an affordable and simple solution to having my multiplex asphalt painted and to taming parking tensions between residents. I highly recommend them to landlords and property owners.
