Sign appears as ordered. Problem is in packaging for shipment. Nuts and bolts package was placed into sign flat package so, of course, when weight was placed on package during shipment the sign was damaged with a dent put into it where the nuts and bolts were. Exactly what should have been expected with them packaged as they were.
