Horrible Customer Service - yet quality signs

Sign is very nice. Customer service sucks though. Two emails and one voice mail over the past four days, can't get anyone to communicate with me. If you do have a problem with an order, you obviously DON'T GET ANY ASSISTANCE. I only want a copy of my receipt so I can get reimbursed for the purchase, but wow! Getting anyone to acknowledge you is impossible with this company. It's a shame that due to non-existent customer service, I have to look elsewhere for future purchases.
