The reflective strips enhance the visibility of the parking bollard and make it even more conspicuous. The flexible parking bollard comes with two parallel strips of colored 3M Reflective Tape for exceptional day and nighttime visibility — a safety feature for vehicles preventing unnecessary collisions or damages. You can select the color of the parallel 3M reflective strips on top of each bollard. Choose from white, yellow, orange, red, and blue.

Flexible Bollards have a cover or sleeve which is made from extremely resilient and durable, UV resistant, high density polyethylene (HDPE plastic). This flexible part doesn’t damage the vehicle or the bollard during a collision. The heavy duty plastic cover encases a metal post which is attached to a steel base plate with a reboundable spring.

We offer three models of FlexBollard for concrete, natural ground, and asphalt surfaces. All three models include necessary hardware to mount the bollard assembly. The concrete model comes with zinc coated steel hex bolts with a Loctite threadlocker coated tip.

You can easily mount FlexBollards in a variety of surfaces without any professional help. We provide all the necessary mounting hardware to install FlexBollards in asphalt, concrete, and natural ground, respectively. You can do it all by yourself. Anchor the bollard to the ground using the supplied hardware. The Asphalt models come with zinc coated lag bolts, metal washers, and a set of receiver plugs. Concrete models come with zinc coated steel hex bolts with a Loctite threadlocker coated tip while the Natural Ground model comes with a rugged 18 inch black powder coated steel anchor spike.

FlexBollards literally eliminate replacement costs. A normal steel post would bend and break when struck by a vehicle. On top of that, a collapsed signpost could lead to pedestrian injuries by becoming a trip and fall hazard. However, FlexBollards are totally maintenance-free and do not cause any such hazard. Retractable bollards can be taken down in under a few minutes, allowing for temporary perimeter security.

Yes, FlexBollards are offered with and without signposts. The 52 inch Flexible Bollard comes with an 8 feet galvanized steel 1-5/8" round signpost that is corrosion resistant. Even the FlexBollard XL model comes with an 8 feet or a 9 feet signpost. The galvanized steel 2-3/8" round signpost extends from the base through the center of the bollard.
