Having a sense of humor helps

I live on a busy street next door to a small apartment building of six units. Being that the town is a resort area, the tenants regularly "switch out" early Saturday morning and new ones arrive later in the afternoon. In the past, many folks have felt it their right to use my private driveway for loading & unloading...even though there is ample parking on the street.
