How a mistake is dealt with speaks more to customer service than just fast delivery!
So.... they actually shipped someone else's order to us. Lucky for the other folks the shipping slip for the correct customer was in the package. They sent us the correct label to send it on to them. They only wanted us to send them a picture of what we did get. We had already sent the signs to the other customer but my manager texted me a photo asking me about the incorrect signs. I was able to forward that to these folks. Let's face it, nobody's perfect. What is important is that they correct any errors. I've been ordering from these folks for years and this was the first oops. I have absolutely no doubt it will be made right and I bet it's on its way already... maybe the folks who belonged to the signs we did get.... It's kind of funny actually.
